I « ' MAGISTERIAL. (Before Mr T. A. 33. Bailey, S.M.) DRUNKENNESS. William Brown wag fined 5s for drunkenness, and a male first offonder suffered a similar penalty for a similar offencc. Geo. Albert Nicholls pleaded guilty to drunkenness, breach of a prohibition order, and obscene language. Ho was fined os on the charge of breaking his order and 40s for the language. John Kelly, who pleaded guilty to a charge of drunkenness, and wHo had just come out of the Salvation Army Homo, was convicted and sent back to the home for a period of 12 months.
