THE CENSORSHIP. MELBOURNE, December 8. The Senate is debating a motion to abolish the regulation requiring submission to the Censor of all matter relating to the 'war before publication. Senator Pearce said he had proof that German agents were not without friends in Australian-Parliaments. The motion was carried by 17 votes to 14.
