DAYLIGHT SAVING.
THE GISBORNE SCHEME
(rRESS ASSOCIATION TKLEG2ASI.) GISBORNE, December 8. In connexion with tho daylight saving scheme, the Labour Department has advised that it will place no obstacles in tho way.
It is proposed to bring the scheme into operation on January Ist.
The Borough Council advertises its intention to do so, and calls for objections, but there has been none so far.
