THE NEXT BALLOT. (PEESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, December 8. Voluntary enlistment for the Twentyfifth Reinforcements ceases to-morrow-night. Th© date for the next ballot has not yet been fixed, but it will probably be next Tuesday. MILITARY SERVICE BOARD. The Canterbury Military Service Board will sit in Ohristchurch at 10 a.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday next, to hear about thirty appeals from men drawn in the first ballot. YESTERDAY'S ENLISTMENTS.
