SUPREME COURT.

(Before Mr Justice Denniston.) IN CHAMBERS. Probates were granted in the following deceased estates. Horace J. Prattler (Mr Joynt), Benjamin Gough (Mr Kitchinghani, Greymouth), Elizabeth Skirner (Mr Mcwley), Elizabeth Jane Bryan (Mr Harman), Carlisle Studholino (Mr Hamilton), Alice Maud Harrold (Mr A. C. Cottroll. West-port). A motion for directions as to service of summonses in the case of F. C. Harvey (Mr Malley) was granted, and an order made accordingly. A motion for leave to sell was made in the case.of R. J. Duncan (Mr Slater) in respect to mortgages vested in Hstris Brown. An order for leave to sell land in the estate of Priscilla Harper, was made on the application of Mr Williams, Mr Alpers appearing for the beneficiaries. In the case of Parnham and others (Mr Wright) v. Hokonui Diamond Terrace Goklmimng and Water-race Company (Mr Raymond, K.C.), the articles of memorandum as agreed on by the solicitors, were sanctioned.
