As a result of the Judge's comments in sentencing th P I.'W.AV. prisoners, the Government intends to tighten and make more summary the law relating to incitement to crime. TOTALISATOR CONDEMNED. SYDNEY. December 6. The Anglican Synod carried a motion deploring the proposed introduction of the totalisator, and urging the Government to abandon the attempt to raise revenue from national vice.
