The political crisis is interfering with the negotiations by tho Right Hon. W. F. Massey and Sir Joseph Ward ■upon tho wool and cheeso questions. Mr Massey will visit Midland munition works next week. Sir Jas. Carroll will return to New Zealand early in January, visiting South Africa en route. THE CHEESE OFFER. LONDON, December 5. The cheese negotiations are proceeding. Tho price has not yet been fixed.
