Mr Leckie, for the Mil ford Lagoon Association, wrote asking if the Swimming Clnb would take charge of the swimming events at the Association's sports on Now Year's Day, and arrange a programme. It was decided to comply with the request, end the programme was left in the hands of the captain, deputy-captain, and secretary. The following new members were elected:— Rev. A. H. Norria. T. Gunnion, W. H. Campbell, J. SpiHane, L. Henderson, G. Washington, W. G. Carpenter, H. Bell, and Dr. Scannell. The following officers were elected :->-Pairon. Mr A. Frew (re-elected); President, Mr E. Booth (re-elected); vice-presidents, Messrs C. H. Street, H. Bell. W. Weir, T. Latta, J. Methven, J. T. Smart. Bev. Father Kerley, P. A. .Ajcheson, and C. J. Bilton; captain, Mr J. Burns (re-elected); vice-captain, Mr B. Squires; secretary, Mr H. Belli treasurer, Itr E. Porter; committee, Messrs Smith, A, C. Duggan. C. Daily, W. G. Carpenter, B. Comer, J. Elder, and C. Fisher; handicapper, Mr H. Burns; starter and timekeeper, Mr W. J. Keys. It was decided to officially open the bath on. December 7th, and that all profits bo devoted to patriotic purposes.
