The Government has handed its reply to Germany's Note to the Ambassador. It i.s believed that it explains the reasons which compelled Greece to grant tho Allies facilities without thereby exceeding neutrality. Larissa reports that the removal of troops from Thessaly has begun, and is expected to be completed in a fortnight's time. ARMY DEMOBILISING. STATEMENT IN THE COMMONS. llteutcr'e Telegrams.) LONDON November 10. In the. Rouse of Commons, Jvoril Cecil announced that the Greek Army would be. reduced to a peace footing, and two army corps removed from Thessaly. The Allies were considering steps to prevent conflicts between Venizelists and Royalists. AID FOR VENIZELOS. LONDON, November IG. In the House of Commons. Lord Robert Cecil announced that the Allies have provisionally advanced to tho Vcnizelist- Government £400,000 sterling.
