AID GIVEN IN AFRICA (By Cable.—Press Association. —Copyright.) Telegrams.) LONDON, November 16. In the House of Commons Loru Robert Cecil stated tnat the Portuguese were rendering signal service in German East Africa. The Government mid people of Portugal were acting in a. spirit of the highest loyalty, and doing everything in their power for the Allied cause.
