(Received November 12th, 5.5 p.m.) -LONDON, November 11.. The "'Morning Post's'" Athens correspondent states that the German Mus ister has given an ultimatum that Germany wilt regard any Greek cession of war material to the Allies for use by the Nationalist Army as a "casus belli." The <- Nea Hellas" states that Germany has placed £40,C00 sterling at the disposal of King Constantine for the victims of the Angelibi and the Kiktiehai, witii a view to ending the maritime strike. Diplomats are observing the utmost secrecy with regard to .the latest AngloFrench Note. M. Lambros has admitted that there will be an unpleasant sequel unless the negotiations achieve a compromise. It is understood that Britain and France have demanded that the Austrian and German Ambassadors shall leave Athens.
SUPPLYING SUBMARINES, FURTHER PROOF. ("The Times.") LONDON, -November 10. "The Times" correspondent at Athens states that the Public Prosecutor i s enquiring into the Kalamasiotis submarine supplying scandal. Further correspondence has been published, mentioning four more Greek ports receiving submarine supplies, also revealing that a Minister, presumablv German, sent his congratulations on the work accomplished.
