Nine soldiers were injured in the engineers' eanrp at Moore Park by an explosion when filling bombs. THE SUGAR INDUSTRY. BRISBANE, September 18. A meeting of sugar-growers in the Bundabcrg district decided not to harvest cane until the recent award largely increasing employees' wages is suspended. As the award is already gazetted, Government intervention in the situation is precluded.
