' Considerable discussion < arose on the last- ; ■ Mentioned item, and on the motion of Mr | Horgan, seconded by Mr Archer, it was re- ;; solved to refer the matter to the incoming .committee to take action, if deemed• necee«ary. * The report and balance-sheet were adopted.
