Charged with driving a horse and trap at night without the requisite two lights, Louis Arthur Pannell was fined 5s and costs. TIMARU SESSIONS. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) TIMARU, May 31. The hearing of the Fairlio burglary cases was concluded: at the Supremo Court this morning. The jury returned a verdict of guilty. His Honour sentenced Martin Brady (37 years) to seven years' penal servitude, and declared him an habitual criminal, and Cecil Stanley Barker (38 years) to two years' penal servitude.
