DAY OF NATIONAL PRAYER.
SPECIAL AVAR SERVICE. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyrisht.) LONDON, July 23. July 2oth has been appointed a doctor national prayer. Four thousand Territorials aro to assemble in Trafalgar square and march in procession, headed by tho Bishop of London. A public service will bo hold upon the steps of St. Paul's. A solemn war .service at tho King's request will be held in St. Paul's on Aucust 4th, tbo F-ing and Queen, Queen Alexandra, and the Mayor of London attending. Tho Archbishop of Canterbury will preach. Thero will bo no State procession.
