LABOUR MEMBER SNUBBED. LONDON, July 21. Mr P. Snowden. in the House of Commons, asked whether the Premier was aware that there was a growing peace movement among tho Social Democrats in Germany, and would ho keep hi* eye on this and encourage any such' movomenfc to bring the war to an. oarly and satisfactory conclusion. Cries of "No! No!" Mr Asquith replied that he had nothing to add beyond the statements previously made.
