COLLIERY EXPLOSION.
160 MINERS ENTOMBED.
(By Cable—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received March 3rd, 10.20 p.m.), NEW YORK. March 3. One hundred and sixty miners -were entombed in the Nea River and Focahontas Consolidated Coal Aline, at Hin~ ton, as a result of 'an explosion. No rescues were made. ■ ; A later message cays that rescuers saved ten men and recovered nine bodies. Of the 132 men entombed, it is estimated that 165 are etill alivo.
