ENORMOUS CAPTURES
HUNGARIAN FRONTIER .. ENTIRELY OPEN.
(Received Decembor Ist, 5.0 p.m.) BUCHAREST, November 30. The Russians have occupied the whole of tho Bukowina, capturing enormous quatitics of arms, ammunition, and provisions. Austrian Catholics have fled. The Hungarian frontier is now entirely open , . ROME, November 30. A report from Vienna states that a Russian detachment has occupied Ungoar, in Hungary, thirty-five miles from tho Carpathians.
