/ LONDON, November 30. The "Daily Chronicle" says that the previous reports of the investment of Cracow were premature. A Milan newspaper states that tho last barrier to tho city has been broken by the Russians,, and heavy siege guns aro bombarding. Ono sunurb is on fire. (Received December Ist, 8.40 p.m.) PARIS, December 1. Tho "Matin" states tnat it is understood thirty thousand Breslau troops have been sent to Cracow.
