A YACHT IN DIFFICULTIES.

About half-past three o'clock yesterday afternoon, at Sumner, a yacht containing three youths, capsized near the Shag Rock. The crew managed to cling to the overturned craft, but owing .to the strong ehh tide, they were in great danger of being carried over the bar. Fortunately, their plight was noticed by several persons on shore, and the lifeboat, under Messrs A. Wood (second officer), W\ Winter, G. Blazey, J. Williams, R. Mitchell, and another immediately put off to the rescue, and soon the youths and the yacht were in safety.
