CONCERT BY JULIUS KNIGHT COMPANY.
Yesterday Mr Julius Knight waited upon the Maj-or (Mr H. Hoiland), and offered on behalf of the members of the Julius Knight Dramatic Company, now playing at tho Theatre Royal, to givo a vocal and instrumental concert next Sunday evening in aid of the Belgium Belief Fund. The offer wns readily accepted, and arrangements are now being made for tho concert to be held in tho Theatre Royal.
When 'the company was appearing in _ Perth three months ago, a similar concert was given in aid of loral charitable institutions, ami a considerable .sum of money was raised. On that occasion Mr Knight gave several recitations. Miss Irene Brown played a number .of pianoforte pieces, while- other members of the company appeared in vocal and instrumental eolos, monologues, duets, and quartettes.
