PHILLIPSTOWN KINDERGARTEN.
Tlie third birthday of tho Phi'.lipstown Crocho Kindergarten was celebrated at tho _ F .tree,t Hn!l on Friday. AHhnmrh the aften'ioou was wot it in no way intorfircJ with the -success of the entertainment, thuie lx.-ing between 70 and 80 parents and friends present. Tho nvoiu «»s prettily decorated with flowers which had been given by tho children. Tho programme, was arranged by Misa Willis and staff, the centre- of interest bons;- tho Maypole, which, had been purchased by the efforts of the students and mothers, aaaist-ed by Mr Ormandy. Mrs Taylor briefly addressed the meeting, thanking , the parents and student? for their cooperation with tho Aesociation. The National Anthem was then sung, €he children saluting the flag. Tea, provided by the mothers. was then served and a very pleasant afternoon terminated.
