LIQUOR AT SAMOA.
(SPECIAL TO "THE PRESS.") WELLINGTON. October 29. A question concerning tho salo of liquor at Apia was asked in the Houso of Representatives to-day by Mr Isitt. His question was as follows: —"Whether it is true that ".xilohel Logan has authorised the salo of intoxicating liquor at Apia for four hours daily, and. whether tho result gave rise to so much rowdiness that he had to put garrison police in several bars." The Primo Minister: As a matter of fact, I had not heard of this, but 1 shall mako enquiries aoout it from Colonel Logan through his Excellency the Governor.
