The "Tribuna" states that tho hasty return of tho Goobon and Breslau to the Bosphorus was due to the Russian and British Ambassadors informing the Porte that thoso Powers did not regard the sale of the vessels from Germany to Turkey as valid, and that the Allied fleets would therefore attack them the next timo they camo out.
