OPEN-AIR HOMES FOR CHILDREN.
SUBSTANTIAL AID FROM GIRLS' HIGH SCHOOL. .
Yesterday morning tho pupils of the Christchurch Girls' High School were addressed by Dr. G. J. Blackmore on the aim of the movement for open-air homes for children, and at the conclusion a sum of £126 was handed over as the result of tho girls! efforts on behalf of tho fund. Dr. Blackmore heartily thanked and congratulated the pupils and staff for their handsome addition to the funds.
