(BT OOt COMK_RC._I. EM-08-) Entries of _tock were generally smaller than last week, especially fat sh«ep and fat lambs. Fat cattle were a little freer of sale. Fat lambs sold at late rates, and fat sheep were firm at advanced ratee. Pigs of all classes cold well. STORE SHEEP. There was a small entry of store sheep, about half being hoggets, while the balance were mostly ewes, principally aged and inferior sorts, with oa© or two pens of a better class. The wethers on offer were confined to 2 or 3 pens of medium sorts. There was a. good attendance for the time of the year, and the range of prices was about on a level with those of last week. A pen of twotooth ewes made 23s 6d, and another line of exceptionally good ewes, full and failins-niouth, made 21s 24. Quotationwere :-— Best two-tooth ©wes, 23s 6d.
