REVOLT OF FEDERAL TROOPS.
(Received July Bth. 12.45 a.m.,) VERA CRUZ, July 7. The revolt of a largo number of Federal troops stationed in front of the American, outposts Is reported. A fear is expressed that Huerta will send a punitive expedition against the mutineers. . In order to prevent a clash, Carrauza's agent crossed tho lines in the hope of avoiding any action within the range of tho American lines.
