Sir, —The Government at present hold thousands of acres in the Oxford district, which are let to a syndicate .of farmers, most of whom are owners of large freeholds. If Land Settlement ia not only a name, but a reality with tbe Reform Government, Mr Massey will see that these lands are subdivided and thrown open for selection.
