— « PR OPOSED RECONSTITUTION. (PP.F_S ASSOCIATION* TELEGRAMS ) WELLINGTON, March o. ' The District Court of Convocation of Victoria University met this evening and discussed the Senate's Bill proposing a reconstitution of the University of New Zealand. A resolution was adopted approving of tbe principle of the proposed amendment of the Univeisity Act, but expressing the opinion that it leaves unsolved vital probloms i l connexion with New Zealand Univeisitr education, concerning which Parliament should set up a Royal Com- , mission of investigation.
