Mrs Pankhurst spoke for three-quart-ers cf an hour to a largo crowd, from tho balcony of a private house in Glebe Place. At tbe close, a party of women, one of whom resembled Mrs Pankhurst, ran out and escaped after a scuffle. Detectives continue to watch GJabc Place. SCENE InT~CHURCH. Suffragettes interrupted morning service at St. Giles Cathedral, Edinburgh, by chanting a petition "God Save Annie Kenny and Rachael Pearco." Tlio congregation commenced a hymn and tho vergers escorted tho women out. Two youths accompanying the women resisted.
