M. "Vcnezelos, giving his impressions of his European tour, said he anticipated a modification of the frontier of Epirus. He added that the close understanding between Greece, Roumania, and Servia would assure tbe maintenance of the status quo in the Balkans, and made Gra-eo-Turkish complications impossible.
