(Received February 16th. 11.5 p.m.) LONDON, February 16. Tho Bishop of Zanzibar, in a twocolumn ietter in reply to tho Archbishop of Canterbury, explains his reasons for dissenting from the Primate's decision in the Kikuyu affair-

He states that formal cnargea were intended to bo submitted to the Primate officially only if, after full enquiry, the Bishops of Mombasa and Uganda refuse to accept tbe Church's judgment.

He concludes by pleading for a definite settlement of tho controversy.
