His (Excellency the Governor and the Countess of Liverpool are to reach Dunedin by tho second express to-mor-row. On Wednesday they will attend tho races, and dine with Mr John Roberts. On Thursday they are to go again to Wingatui, and after the dinner party arranged by their host (the Hinf Sir"George IVfcT-ean. M.L.C.) they will attend tho race ball in the Art Gallery.
