TRANSPORTATION DISLOCATED
SEVERE SNOWSTORMS RAGING
(Received February 16th. 12.55 a.m.) NEW YORK, February 15. Severe snowstorms are raging along the north-east coast. The upper Hudson Valley is two feet deep under snow. Transportation systems everywhere are dislocated.
Seventeen deaths are reported. A gale with a temperature below zero is adding to the suffering.
