Sir John McCall, Agent-General for Tasmania, in an interview, said it would bo just tho thing for board schoolboys, but public school lads, who were older, and most of whom had little means, could better get experience in Australia. Sir Newton Moore, Agent-General for West Australia, was doubtful of its success, owing to tho different conditions oversea.
