Mr F. L. Carter. M.A., of Clifton, Enctand. arrived at Wellington by tho jUhnnic yesterday. He goes to Christ's College to take up a position for a year under the scheme decided upon by the Bonrd of Governors for the intorc'uingf) of masters with sorao of the Homo colleges.
