A large body of water under oon.'idcrablo pressure was met with. This has been flowing ever eincc, but the management found it necessary to iitiliM) only one of their two pumps to cope with it. It is expected that one or more bore holes will be put into the old workings, so as to unwater them with all possible expedition.
