At the Tinwald yards yesterday there was an entry of 7851 sheep, ana competition was keen owing to the presence of a new buyer. Pnces obtained were as follows—Prime ewes 15s 2d to 18a 3d, medium weights 13s to 14s lOd, light weights 12s 2d to 12s 4d, prime ■wethers 21s 5d to 22s 3d, others 17s Gd to 17s Rd merino wethers 12s, prime freezing iambs lie to 225, medium weights 15s 6d to 16*. others 14s Id to 14s M. Stoye sheep sold from 6s to lls 7d. Fat heifers made £8 10s. store steers £4 ss. heifers m full profit £6 15s. springing hoifors £4 , s 6d to £5 5s springing cows £8, and a bull £4
