The body of Henry Biggs, a married man aged 46, was found beside tho rai.way trark nt New Lynn yesterday. It was clear of tho rails and had not been touched by the trains. The man had probably fallen off tho 11 o'clock train on Saturday night, and had been dead somo hours when picked up. - BALCLUTHA, February 24. George Kirk, an o.d age pensioner, aged 92. was burnt to doath at Puerua gome time between Thursday night and Sunday afternoon. He apparently lived alone. DUNEDIN. February 24.
