RIOTS IN TOKIO.

There has been serious rioting in tho vicinity of Parliament House, and attempts have been made to wreck and burn bureaucratic and newspaper offices. Gendarmes cut down the rioters with .sabres, six being killed and several wounded. The military are patrolling the streets.
