Tho committee of tho Canterbury Jockey Club met on Tuesday. The evidence showed that though Hinetoa's weight should have been 9st Gib and not 9st sib,°„s shown on tho race card, the clerk of tho scales weighed tho horse out at Sst eMb, and weighed it in correctly.
