NEW ROSTER RESPONSIBLE.
(Received December 25th, 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, December 25. An unprecedented congestion is stated to be prevailing in the Telegraph Office. Tho "Herald" complains strongly of tho disorganisation and delay, Tho operators declare that the new system of shifts is responsible.
Tho "Herald" states that a number of men have been knocked up by the excessive strain, and urges tho necessity of a public enquiry into tho chaotic conditions.
