Th© report specifically charges many of tho Peruvian and Amazon companies' agents with wholesale and unpunished atrocities, and the flogging of British West Indians and native Indians, who wero engaged in collecting rubber. The victims of the atrocities included women and children, whese ears, arms and legs were cut off, and they wero left to die.
