ARRESTING THIS ROYALISTS.
United Press Association—By Eloctrio To;e_raph— C'csyrijjht. MADRID, July 12. All Royalists returning from the raid are being arrested to prevent further trouble.
(Received July 14th, 5.5 p.m.) LISBON, July 13. While tho Royalist General Coucciro, with a force of 700 was in the vicinity of Valence, the Spanish authorities arrested forty, including several imj portant officers, who attempted to cross the frontier to Cicores.
