Tho following officers 'were elected: — Vicar".-; warden, Mr John Studhohne, parishioners' warden, Mr 1/. de C. Malet: district secretary ami treasurer. MiJohn Cook. Hinds: Messrs E. Woolley, John Cook. Carew, Mr C. .). Le Creji. Ealing. Mr Jt. Guinness. Lisinoro, Coldstrenm, and Ijowclift'e to be appointed later. It was moved that no money bo cpllectwl in tho district for Church 'purposes without tlie consent of the .wardens. Votcii of thanks to Mr A. Roberts, auditor, and id :dl helpers were carried. IMore an excellent supper was handed round the Veil. Archdertcon.
