CHARGES OF RESTRAINT OF
TRADE

At Juneau, .Alaska, a United States district judge dismissed three indictments charging restraint of trade against the Canadian-Pacific Railway Company, tho Pacific Coast Steam Ship Company, tho White Pass and Yukon-Alaska Steamship Company, and other companies connected with the Alaskan trade. The chief indictment charged them with conspiracy to monopolise transportation between AVhite Horsa, Skagway, and other points. The charges were brought under the Sherman Anti-trust law. Other indictments aro still pending.
