WIDESPREAD REGRET.
(Received April 12th. 1*2.35 a.m.) SYDNEY, April 11. There i-> widespread regret at Air Pacoy's death, and expressions of apurociation from all parties. Air AlcOowcn said that none could desire a more sturdy henchman. A State funeral will he accorded deceased to-morrow.
Air Dacev entered the New South Wales Parliament in ISO-5. as member for Botauv, and had sat for Alexandria since 190 i. Ito had not long been a Minister, and at the time of bis death he was engaged on a very ambitious housing scheme, which planned the building of a model suburb for people of small means.
