A COMPLIMENT TO MR R. McNAB.

(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) PALMERTON NORTH. March 19. Mr Robert McNab has received an invitation from the National Service League, of which Lord .Roberts is president, asking him to undertake a campa gn through England in the interests of universal service. Captain Kielson, organising, secretary, states that tho League is organising a special campaign amongst the working men of England, and refers to tho work done by 'air McNab during his visit to England, and tho defence campaign wnich he conducted in New Zealand,. as reasons making it desirable that" he should' undertako tho new mission. Mr McNab is replying, that circumstances make it inconvenient for him to accept the honour done him.
