Tho time for taking entries for tho Cheviot Show has been extended until Wednesday, Match 20ih. The Oxford terrace Baptst Church anniversary social and coffee supper will b-i hold this evening. A meeting of the ratepayers of th<* Cashmere Hills district will be held in Pack-wood's Store at ".30 p.m. on Thursday, when proposals for the water supply, drainage scheme, and road improvements will be cone:dered. A special meeting will be hold in St. Matthew's Mission Room to-night.
