KAIAPOI
At Kaiapoi yesterday, before Mr T. A. B. Bailey, S.M., Gabriel Hadling wns convicted and ordered to come up for conviction when called upon, for a breach of his prohibition order. The oases against H. Chappel and A. Hill, for failing to send children to school, were adjourned. Iγ. the civil cases Lvnskey (Mr Conlan) v. Power Bros, (Mr Van Ash), claim £3 6s Bd. and Leppett and Buckley r. A. Rule, claim £1 17s, plaintiifs secured judgment, in tho latter case with costs.
